Workchoice Legislation

You may be aware that the Workplace Relations Regulations (2006) now requires employers to keep records of employee attendance. The new regulations apply to employees earning under $55,000 per annum or salaried employees who are paid overtime and earn more than $55,000 per annum.

If you are not currently recording this information or you are recording it manually perhaps it is time you considered one of our products. While the legislation has come in from March 2006 there is a grace period until September 2006. From the 26th of September 2006 fines will start to apply to non-conforming companies.
