Product hardware guarantee
All products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase on a return to our Sydney office basis. If you purchase our support package for minimal downtime we will forward ship an exchange unit to you by an overnight courier (if you notify us by 3pm Sydney time) and you can send us your unit for repair by courier when you receive our exchange.
Employee data backup
The Bioclock employee data is easy and quick to back up with simple instructions provided with each product.
Our products are very reliable but in the unlikely event that your unit has to get repaired or it is physically damaged (e.g. someone drives into it with a forklift) you can easily transfer all your employee data in about 90 seconds to the replacement unit, minimizing your system downtime.
