Our payment processing uses SSL security for your protection. All prices are in Australian dollars and pricing is for supply to Australian clients.

If you live outside Australia we can ship to you but GST is not payable and delivery charges will be higher. We do not take credit card orders from customers outside Australia but will ship when the payment is deposited into our bank account. Please contact us for pricing and shipping options or use the invoice option in the payments option section when ordering through this website. We will confirm your order by email/phone.

Our warehouse is fully stocked with all the items on this site (quantities based on our order history) and orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation, however depending on your location some may take up to 10 days to arrive. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping contractor with signature verified delivery. All goods shipped are fully insured for loss or damage during delivery.

If for unforseen demand we are out of stock of the ordered items, we will notify you within 2 business days with the estimated arrival date. You will either have the option of a full refund or to proceed with order and have the order shipped when the items arrive into our warehouse.
